Downpatrick

EHA has been appointed as the Design & Build contractor by  Clanmil Housing Association at the site of the old Downe Hospital in Downpatrick County Down.

The first houses of Phase 1 were handed over at the end of November 2020, a total of 9 houses. Foundations have commenced in Phase 2B, with a third and final phase to follow.
