In 2014 Calico House was developed on a brownfield site on Long Lane, moments from Bermondsey Street, SE1.

A seven storey infill was required on a tight space, consisting of nine apartments over five stories with ground and first floor commercial space.

The office space was later converted into a further 2 apartments.
