The Role:
This full-time role will be based at our HQ in Eglinton and require travel to construction sites in the UK and N. Ireland to complete inspections and audits along with providing HSEQ support to site and management teams.

General Duties:
Management of the company IMS systems (ISO 45001, 9001, 14001, SSIP)
Championing a positive health and safety culture on site
Development of statutory site documents; Construction Phase Plans, Traffic Management Plans, Environmental Plans etc.
Liaison with statutory bodies
Accident/ incident investigations
Carrying out HSEQ audits and implementing CAPA actions
Maintaining staff training register and sourcing training as required
Monitoring statutory legislation updates and maintaining a legal register
Writing and reviewing risk assessments and method statements

NEBOSH construction certificate
Experience of working with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
Experience of working in the construction and manufacturing industry
ISO internal auditor
Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong management skills
Ability to work independently
High standard of written English and good communication skills, including strong presentation and report writing skills
Driving license

NEBOSH environmental certificate
NEBOSH construction diploma
IOSH Member
