Ballinderry Road, Lisburn

EHA is delighted to be on site in Lisburn for Apex housing to deliver 120 new social housing units.

The project will meet the growing need in the city for high-quality social and affordable housing for families, those with complex needs and the over-55s population.

During the consultation process, Apex reached out to gather the views of as many local residents and stakeholders as possible. The mix of housing types is designed to reflect the community-focused nature of the new neighbourhood with a range of homes including:

• 90 two- and three-bedroom dwellings
• 6 complex needs bungalows
• 8 two-person apartments with own door access
• 9 three-person over-55s apartments
• 7 two- and three-bedroom affordable homes
