CCS Site Monitor Report – Harryville, Ballymena

Wakehurst Court, Harryville, Ballymena has received Performance Beyond Compliance when the site was visited by a CCS Monitor.

All of our sites at EHA Group are registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme. Registering with the Scheme means we are making a commitment to meet the minimum requirements of the Scheme’s Code of Considerate Practice. To establish compliance, and recognise performance beyond compliance, Scheme Monitors visit our offices and sites using a checklist to confirm a score against each of the five headings – appearance, community, environment, safety and workforce.

Monitors are not only assessing compliance with the Scheme’s Code and Checklist but also look to identify measures taken which are above and beyond these requirements.

At our Social Housing site; Wakehurst Court in Harryville, Ballymena all items were satisfactorily addressed and additional measures were implemented, demonstrating performance to a very good standard well beyond the minimum requirements of the Scheme’s Code of Considerate Practice.
