Thank-you to the team at RPP Architects for these fantastic completion pictures of Park Avenue, Belfast.

Chosen to deliver this project for Choice Housing, EHA along with the wider project team, handed over the completed ‘Park Avenue’ in January of this year (2024). A scheme that addresses the demand for affordable homes in East Belfast, whilst standing as a project that ultimately enhanced the surrounding area.

The images highlight how well the site integrates with the existing environment, partially due to the retention of the mature deciduous boundary at the site. Furthermore, the clever use of materials and detailing makes the site blend into its city environment. Due to this, the scheme has been well received in the locality.
