Completion Pictures: St Gemma’s Belfast
A busy Summer with handovers at St Gemma’s Ardoyne. The scheme has 29 Houses, 24 Apartments and 5 retail units. This was the site of a former all-girls school which is now home to “Galgani Crescent.”
Our Brookfield Mill redevelopment project is also nearing completion. This vacant mill building has been redeveloped into 77 social residential units made up of 55 Apartments and 22 Duplex Apartments.
