Further marks of excellence at Park Avenue include its aesthetic, with keen attention to detail throughout the scheme. These include contrasting materials utilised across the units. Plus, the site benefits from stunning views over Belfast City Centre and the Belfast Docks.

The site integrates very well with the existing environment, partially due to the retention of the mature deciduous boundary at the site. Furthermore the clever use of materials and detailing makes the site blend into its city environment. The scheme has been well received in the locality.20231201 GAP03479 LowRes - Construction News Awards 2024 Finalist
