‘Dream Come True’ for new Housing in Derry

Recently, EHA delivered nine new homes in Eglinton, Derry for Apex Housing Association.

Being based in Eglinton, the EHA team were delighted to hand over these modern, lifetime homes in October of this year.

Tygore Park is a new shared housing development, as part of the ‘Housing for All’ Shared Housing Programme.

£1.5million has been invested in the Tygore Park shared housing development, along with an associated five-year good relations plan.

Krystyna Carlin, new resident in Tygore Park, along with her family of four, stated;

“We just couldn’t wait to move into our new home. Following a fire in our private rented house earlier this year, and being given notice by our landlord, we were declared homeless and spent two months living in cramped temporary accommodation. Our new house is a dream come true!”

We hope the local families enjoy their new homes, settled-in on time for Christmas.
