Final Phase at Brookfield Mill, Belfast

Onto the finishing phase at Brookfield Mill, North Belfast.

We are delighted to help deliver the redevelopment of this historic Mill, restoring it for a new purpose.

Now housing 55 Apartments and 22 Duplex Apartments, the building will offer housing to local people and families.

The scheme is being delivered by EHA in partnership with Kerr Property for Clanmil Housing Association with the Boyd Partnership architects.
