Past Project: Calico House

In 2014 EHA completed this private residential development on Long Lane, London. Developed on a brownfield site moments from Bermondsey Street, SE1.

A 7 storey infill was required on a tight space, consisting of 9 apartments over 5 stories with ground and first floor commercial space.

The office space was later converted into a further 2 apartments.
