Past Project: Magowan Park, Derry
Our past project in Creggan, Derry/Londonderry involved the construction of 127 Social Housing units with the associated infrastructure works at the site of an old school.
The scheme consisted of 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments as well as 2, 3 and 4 Bedroom Houses and 6 Complex Needs Houses.
These Lifetime Standard Homes were built in a high demand area for social housing and were completed on time and on budget, with the final phase handed over in November 2015.
Magowan Park was one of several successful social housing schemes for our client Apex Housing.
