This social housing scheme for Clanmil Housing Association in North Belfast now has all timber frames complete on the 29 homes, with ongoing brickwork progressing.

First and second fix M&E and joinery are almost complete. Plaster boarding is also underway.

At the apartment block, the team has moved onto the ground floor concrete which is now under construction as below.
