“Radius Housing are delighted to have facilitated the redevelopment of the former “Peter Pan” site which lay derelict for many years, in partnership with Pan Residential and EHA Group.
This housing led regeneration scheme has not only created 88 high quality homes in an area of high housing need, but also created new retail units which animate the Springfield Road streetscape.
The efforts of EHA Group in maintaining active lines of communication with key stakeholders throughout the development process must be commended along with their involvement with St Clare’s Primary School who named the scheme and created fantastic art which was displayed on site hoarding.”
