Project Update: Brookfield Mill Belfast

At our project on the Crumlin Road, Belfast we are converting this vacant mill building into 77 social residential units consisting of 55 Apartments and 22 Duplex Apartments.

On site, all precast stairs are now installed and all internal block work is complete.

Second fix boarding and plastering has commenced in the duplexes with first fix M&E advancing well in the Crumlin Road block.

The Roof cover is now complete as well as window installation apart from loading bay areas. Lift installation has also commenced while grounds work are scheduled to commence in the next week.

The scheme is being delivered by EHA in partnership with Kerr Property for Clanmil Housing Association with Boyd Partnership architects.
