Brookfield Mill Belfast

At Brookfield Mill the team are progressing well to restore this derelict mill into 77 social resident units, for Kerr Property & Clanmil Housing

Internally, all precast stairs have now been installed to cores A,B,D & E. First fix boarding is advancing well throughout the building as is first fix M & E. First fix joinery is also progressing well.

The roof cover to Crumlin Rd elevation is complete and Flax Street roof cover is nearing completion. Scaffolding has been removed along the Flax Street and Crumlin Rd elevations while the external windows and door installations are also nearing completion.

Internal plastering is commencing next week.
