Project Update: Buncrana Road
At Buncrana Road, Derry, progress is rapid as the project moves ahead on all sites. Here we are under construction with 98 social housing units for Arbour Housing.
At Site A, almost all scaffold is dismantled with all external plastering complete, bay windows and rooves completed.
Street lighting lanterns have been installed and cabling is underway. Footpaths have also been poured on some plots.
Kitchens have also been installed to most plots.
At Site B, all superstructures and roof coverings are complete to Apartment Blocks A&B. All windows have been installed while external plastering has commenced on Apartment Block A.
On Plots 73-82 2nd fix electrical is complete, 2nd fix joinery is 90% complete while kitchen installs are 50% complete.
