Project Update: Crumlin Oct 2025

EHA is on site and progressing well in Crumlin, County Antrim constructing new social homes for Clanmil Housing.

The project will deliver 24 new two bedroom apartments at Lough Neagh Terrace, Crumlin. These will consist of:

• 15 x 2-bed apartments
• 3x 1-bed apartments
• 6x 3-bed apartments

This development was designed to provide a range of spacious homes in a pleasant tree-lined area and includes 9 apartments for active older people, aged 55 and over.

The scheme is in the centre of Crumlin overlooking the River Oaks, designed by Studio Rogers Architects.
