Project Update: Curlyhill Road, Strabane – 78 Homes Nearing Completion
We are delighted to share the latest progress from our 78-unit residential development at Curlyhill Road, Strabane, which is now nearing completion.
This significant project represents an important milestone in the delivery of much-needed social and affordable housing within the local community. Carefully designed to sit cohesively within its surroundings, the development has been thoughtfully integrated with the area’s mature landscape and existing woodland, creating an attractive residential environment that complements the natural character of the site.
Successful Handover of Phases 1–3
We are pleased to confirm that Phases 1, 2 and 3 have now been successfully completed and handed over. This marks a major achievement for everyone involved in bringing the development to fruition and means that many new residents have already been able to move into their homes.
With the final stage of the project now reaching completion, the remaining nine homes are scheduled for handover in the coming days, ready to welcome their new owners ahead of Christmas.
Supporting Local Housing Needs
The Curlyhill Road development highlights the importance of collaboration in delivering high-quality housing that meets the needs of local communities. Through the combined efforts and support of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and the Department for Communities, and in partnership with Braidwater Homes on behalf of Woven Housing Association, this 78-home scheme is helping to provide much-needed housing opportunities in Strabane.
Projects such as this demonstrate what can be achieved through strong partnerships, shared commitment and a focus on creating sustainable places for people to call home.
As we approach the final handovers, we would like to acknowledge and thank all those involved in the successful delivery of this development. It is fantastic to see the project coming together and reaching this important milestone.
Another positive step in delivering quality homes and supporting communities across Northern Ireland.
