Project Update: Harberton Hall
At our project in South Belfast for Abbeyfield, the project is at the final stages for handover in November. The scheme will house 32 apartments for older people.
On site the ongoing 2nd fix mechanical and electrical is underway, while the carpet is being fitted in the apartments and vinyl in the common areas.
Finished painting is also taking place, as well as external decorative concrete now being complete with the top coat tar due on 1/11/21.
Landscape is also due next week.
