Project Update: Mimosa Court, Derry

Progress continues at our project for South Ulster Housing, as we construct 27 apartments at Mimosa Court, off the Strabane Old Road, Derry.

On site, vinyl installation to wet areas has commenced as well as internal tiling commencing at the start of this week.
Kitchens are installed in Block A and are currently being installed to Block B, while the lift install is complete to both blocks.

Second fix joinery is complete in Block A and well advanced in Block B. Second fix electrical is complete in Block A and well advanced in Block B.

Ground’s work are also in progress.
