Project Update: Upper Newtownards Road

EHA are nearing completion on site for Clanmil Housing in East Belfast, delivered in partnership with Lacuna Developments. The team has constructed 15 social homes with a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom properties.

• Groundworks are nearing completion, with the base coat of tar.
• All trades are in the finishing stages throughout the building, getting ready for testing and commissioning.
• The Door Entry System, CCTV and Fire Alarm are currently all being installed. The painters are coming soon for the finishing touches in the next few weeks.
