Receptionist & Administrator

EHA Group requires an experienced Receptionist and Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will provide a professional service to staff and Clients contacting the firm. The successful applicant will play an integral role in the organisation by managing the front of house, answering general queries received by phone or in person as well as providing general administration duties.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a receptionist
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Previous administration experience to include filing and photocopying
- Management of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Ability to use own initiative
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience in the construction industry
