EHA sign contract for social housing at site of old Downe Hospital

The EHA Group is now in contract to build Social Housing at the site of the old Downe Hospital. The contract has been signed with the intention of immediate works on Phase 1 which will consist of 31 new homes.

The EHA Group social housing project Downe Hospital Downpatrick is located off Pound Lane in  Downpatrick town centre. This will become new social housing which will be completed within the next 2 years.

As the Design and Build contractor, EHA Group will deliver the completed homes to Clanmil Housing Association. This project will not only provide essential housing for the Co. Down area, but will also redevelop this part of Downpatrick bringing new life to the old, derelict Hospital site.
