Springfield Rd Apartment Handovers

The second phase of apartments on the Springfield Road were handed over last week to Radius Housing.

These social homes consisted of two and three bedroom apartments conveniently located just 10 minutes from Belfast City Hall.

The third phase of apartments to be handed over in the coming weeks will complete the project.

The final scheme will provide 90 homes for those in need in the local area. Located on the derelict site of an old, commercial bakery, the ‘Peter Pan’ bakery, it will also breathe new life into the Springfield Road and surrounding area of West Belfast.
