Springfield Road Handover
The 3rd phase of houses at the Springfield Road Belfast were handed over this month.
On Thursday 22nd November, 11 houses were given to Radius Housing Association and their new tenants.
We met one tenant Briege McGreevy who has been waiting for a home for 6 years. From the area, Briege and her 2 sons are delighted to have a new home and to settle in before Christmas.
The scheme has 12 houses and an Apartment block remaining for handover in the coming weeks.
