St. Brecan’s Handover Phase 3

EHA was delighted to handover St. Brecan’s Park Phase 3, Trench Road, Derry. Eight homes were handed over in total to Apex Housing Association, for families in the local area.

This handover was just in time for Christmas, allowing several families to move into the home they need before the 25th.

The remaining 49 homes of St. Brecan’s Park will be handed over in the New Year, a total of 78 brand new homes.

We hope the new tenants enjoy their first Christmas in their new home.
