St. Brecan’s Park
Phase 1 & 2 Handover

EHA was delighted to handover Phases 1 & 2 of St. Brecan’s Park, Trench Road, Derry. Twenty-one social homes were handed over in total to Apex Housing Association, for families in the local area.

The remaining 57 homes of St. Brecan’s Park will be handed over in the coming weeks, bringing it to a total of 78 brand new homes.
