EHA is delighted to deliver 120 new social housing units in Lisburn for Apex housing.

The project helps to meet the growing needs of the city for high-quality social and affordable housing for families, those with complex needs and the over-55s population.

The mix of housing types is designed to reflect the community-focused nature of the new neighbourhood. During the consultation process, Apex reached out to gather the views of as many local residents and stakeholders as possible. The result is a range of homes including:

• 90 two- and three-bedroom dwellings
• 6 complex needs bungalows
• 8 two-person apartments with own door access
• 9 three-person over-55s apartments
• 7 two- and three-bedroom affordable homes
