EHA Group completed the construction of a new Caffé Nero retail outlet at Crescent Link Retail Park, Derry/Londonderry.
Construction began on site on Monday 30th April 2018 for our client The Lotus Group. The new café neighbours Tesco and Marks & Spencer as well as joining Next, DW Sports, Argos and many more in this busy retail park.
The completed project provides an open and bright Italian style coffee house and meeting point for the local community and shoppers.
