Alpha House at Ealing Common required the demolition of an existing building to create a new, 6-storey concrete frame between two buildings with access only from the rear.
We constructed 1 commercial unit on the ground floor and 9 residential apartments above. All apartments were equipped with balconies and 2 units benefitting from private terrace areas.
