This redevelopment project on 171 Greyhound Road, Hammersmith was a residential conversion within a 150 year old protected facade. Through careful restoration and redevelopment we created 8 brand new apartments.
The existing floors were kept and a lightweight steel structure was added to form the penthouse.
The final product was a beautiful building restored with 8 bright, modern apartments.
