We were delighted to work alongside South Ulster Housing again to construct 27 apartments at Mimosa Court, Derry.
This consisted of 9 one bedroom and 18 two bedroom apartments along with associated site works and landscaping.
The proposal included demolition of an existing row of two storey apartments that front directly onto the Strabane Old Road. The site team handed over in September 2021.
We were delighted that the site Construction Manager – Noel Logue was a Pride in the Job Quality Award Winner, awarded by the National House Building Council (NHBC) for his excellent work on site at Mimosa Court. From an initial pool of around 10,000 site managers, Noel’s quality management and excellent delivery on site has earned him this elite award.
