Caffé Nero Handover

EHA Group has been constructing a brand new Caffé Nero retail unit for the North West of Northern Ireland. The new unit joins its neighbours in Crescent Link Retail Park, Derry/Londonderry including Tesco, Marks & Spencer, DW Sports and Next.

Construction began on site on Monday 30th April, managed by Contracts Manager Chris Campbell. The new unit was handed over on the 10th August 2018, ready for fit-out.

Caffé Nero is expected to be open for business in the coming weeks, post fit-out.
