Past Project: Caffe Nero, Derry

August, 4 years ago, we handed over Crescent Link’s brand new Caffe Nero.

EHA Group completed the construction of the popular chain of coffee outlets at Crescent Link Retail Park, Derry/Londonderry. The new state of the art unit was constructed for leading retail developer, Lotus Property in just 3 months.

The project delivered an open and bright Italian style coffee house, which continues to provide a busy meeting point for the local community and shoppers.
