Mimosa Court, Derry

On site in Derry at our social housing build for South Ulster Housing, progress is well underway. Both timber frames for the two sets of apartments blocks are now erected.

Brickwork has commenced on Block B & is nearing completion on Block A. Fire line ceiling to block A has commenced as well as first fix M & E.

The roof timbers are now complete on Block A & B for these 27 apartments. The roof covering is complete to block A and commenced on block B this week.
