Progress: Mimosa Court, Derry
Located on the Strabane Old Road, the site team have now completed site mobilisation including;
- Perimeter hoarding
- Demolition
- Reduce dig
- Strip foundations
- Footings
- Serviced and poured slab to Block A
Working alongside South Ulster Housing, the Mimosa Court site will be constructed into 27 apartments – 9 one bedroom and 18 two bedroom apartments.
